Samsung pulled Smart IPTV from certain regional stores in 2020 (UK and France included). Three fixes: switch the Samsung account region to United Kingdom or Germany via Settings → Samsung account; use IPTV Smarters Pro which stays available everywhere; or install SIPTV via Tizen Studio sideload.
